Maine finally changes N-word named Islands

This story from the Press Herald is self-explanatory. In 2020, Maine still had Island’s named with the N-word! How does that happen?

1. Keeping the evil names is not simply an oversight.
2. Keeping the names after a 1977 law passed to remove offensive names was intentional.
