They say a picture is worth a thousand words.

We can think of one word…WHEW! Thank goodness the man being held in a chokehold was not Black! March Madness is underway and the captivating story would have been a chokehold.

The national media outrage would have been rapid and thunderous. Potential headlines would have read…

“White security guard chokes Black videographer”

“Ku Klux Klan member posing as security guard tries to decapitate Black videographer “

“Black men can’t even do their jobs without being harassed by white rent-a-cop”

“Black players have to stop celebrating to come to white videographers defense”

“White supremacy is ingrained in March Madness as Black man assaulted”

You get the drift.

For real though, we should all be happy this was a white-on-white incident. We are kind of being facetious, and kind of not.

Apparently, this was just a misunderstanding. The security guard was instructed to keep fans and media off the court.

He received the code red his orders, and he followed them. Top Flight Security strikes again!
